Selected items are prepared in quantities for light, pre-dinner hors d’ oeuvres and adequate
portions are guaranteed. For heavy hors d’ oeuvres, or if chosen as main meal, add $4.00 each. Hors d’ oeuvres are served at a standing stationunless a passed service is requested in advance. A minimum of 4 Hors d’ oeuvres must be ordered unless dinner is also going to be served.  Prices are per person and must be ordered for all guests in attendance.
