Uses many of the same movements and techniques as the relaxing massage but the pressure will be more intense. With deep tissue massage, the Therapist will focus on releasing chronic muscle tension and knots.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Our relaxing massage, but we add concentrated, aromatic plant oils into the massage lotion. You can choose from a variety of carefully blended oils to help calm your stress, uplift your spirit or even aid in allergy relief.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
A specialty massage that uses smooth, water-heated basalt stones. The oiled rocks glide over muscles to relax and soothe tension. A perfect treatment when you need to clear your mind of stress and want a deep but very relaxing massage. (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

PRENATAL MASSAGE
Take care of your baby by nurturing yourself. We use perfectly positioned pillows to help keep the expectant mother comfortable while helping to relax the muscles. The Therapist concentrates on the lower back and legs, which helps to relieve pain from sciatica and other pregnancy related discomforts. We do ask that you bring a signed consent form from your physician to your first appointment.
